I cannot claim an skills as a videographer, but I wanted to share this phenomena. I have seen this behavior several times now, always in the evening.
The original video is a lot crisper - it has lost a lot in the upload to YouTube. But you'll get the idea.
Imagine being able to watch this for an hour or more. I made this video while standing on the pedestrian bridge to Isola Tiberina (Tiber Island) this evening.
